Alicia

Alicia has always had a passion for hair since she was little, I mean growing up in a house with a mom AND dad that are both hairdressers, how could she not?! Alicia loves making people feel their absolute best and most confident, whether it’s going blonder or experimenting with a new look!! In addition to hair Alicia likes to play with dogs and fashion (bargain hunting is her favorite!) Alicia is also a true October baby, she loves Halloween and fall time. Alicia is excited to work at Theory and meet you!

Alix - Junior Stylist

Alix, short for Alixandra, was born in Michigan and moved to Central Florida when she was 7years old. She went to Paul Mitchell for cosmetology school in 2022, where she discovered a passion for hair and makeup! One of the main reasons she decided to join the beauty industry is her love for making everyone feel beautiful in their own skin. Her desire to make others feel beautiful started when she was 10 years and has increasead as her knowledge of hair has grown. Education is a top priority for Alixandra and she always strives to keep up with the evolution and growth of the industry. When not in the salon, She loves to go to theme parks!

Angelina

Angelina is happily married with 2 kids, 1 dog and too many plants to count! She is proudly of Puerto Rican and Dominican heritage and a native of South Florida.
Angelina has been behind the chair for 11 years and specializes in
curly cuts, balayage, blonding, advanced foiling, extensions, updos and color corrections. Her favorite part of being a hairstylist is seeing the change in her clients after their hair is done and the connections she’s made over the years with her wonderful clients. Her main concern is to always respect the integrity of the hair before anything else, and prides herself in being honest with her clients about realistic expectations, hair goals and at home-care.

Anna

Anna brings 11+ years of experience and belives that education has been the key to her growth and success. She has a fun-loving, positive energy and prides herself on developing and maintaining close relationships with her loyal following. She has a loving husband named Michael and a Golden Retriever that they absolutely adore named Morgan♡. She enjoys being active and outdoors, watching crime documentaries, mindless reality tv, listening to podcasts, writing, and she’s fascinated with all elements of psychology. She is particularly passionate about creating effortless, lived-in hair. color. Her specialties include dry cutting, hair extensions, hand painted balayage, blonding techniques, advanced foil work and color correcting. The health and integrity of your hair will always be her top priority! She will always work hard to make sure all of her clients feel specialand confident. Anna finds it essential to consider her client’s lifestyle and maintenance desires when designing a new look, and wants all of her clients to look and feel more beautiful than ever. As your stylist Anna promises to stay consistent, grow in her craft through educational training and to always give you a space where you feel heard and deeply understood.

Asha

Asha grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and has always loved being outdoors, exploring new places and meeting new people. She was always very creative and knew she wanted to do something in the beauty industry. Asha completed cosmetology school in Texas and just moved to Florida in 2022. Since moving, she’s begun to call Florida herforever home after falling in love with the community, the beautiful land and city life. Her favorite looks to create are natural, lived in color, and loves to do big transformations! She belives that open communication is the key to chieving your hair goals, along with creating a healthy hair plan for you. One of Asha’s favorite things about doing hair is making connections with everyone in herchair. She wants you to feel your best when you walk out the door, and can't wait to meet you!

Camille

Camille has been in the beauty industry since 2013, although she has been doing hair and makeup since she was in high school! She specializes in blondes, balayage and color corrections. She loves a challenge and is committed to creating anything her clients desire. Staying up to date with all of the newest trends and techniques keeps her work fresh, current and fun! Her patience and attention to detail are a couple of the things her clients love most about her. Camille is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and confident. She is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty. Being able to empower women and help them look and feel their best is what she loves most about her career! Outside of the salon Camille enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with her husband and children!

Chris

Chris is an Orlando born Cuban raised passionate hairstylist at Theory Salon. His passion is driven by creating life changing transformative services everyday! He specializes in balayage, blonding, and hair extension services. Focusing on beaded wefts / K-tip extension methods to provide seamless and blended looks behind the chair. Some of the trainings he’s taken include Bellami, JZ Styles, L’Oreal Professional, and Redken. He has been in the beauty industry for 5 years now and cannot imagine doing anything else. Colleen

Colleen is a Florida native who has a passion for all things beauty and art. She started her journey at the Aveda Institute of South Florida in 2018, and in early 2021 she moved to Orlando to branch out into a new environment! She loves learning new techniques, personalizing every experience for her guests and strives for a refreshing experience that always include a relaxing scalp massage at the shampoo bowl. She’s a color specialist experienced with all hair types who also loves a fun haircut! Her specialties also include lived in looks, hand painted balayage, foliage, natural color, & vivid color. There’s nothing she isn’t invested in when it comes to your hair and overall hair health! She will always make it a priority to help you achieve your hair goals.

Ellie

Ellie, a talented hair stylist, hails from Allentown, PA. She graduated from Toni & Guy Beauty Academy in 2015 and has been transforming clients' hair and lives since 2018. With a Master's certification in Balayage from Masters Of Balayage (MOB)
Ellie loves making people happy and changing lives by boosting their self-esteem through stunning hair transformations. Her inspiration comes from art, which fuels her creativity and drive to deliver exceptional results.
One of Ellie's proudest achievements is relocating to a new city by herself and persevering in her dreams despite challenges. She embodies resilience and dedication, always striving to uplift her clients and help them feel their best.
Ellie’s warm and approachable demeanor, combined with her artistic talent. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all her clients.

Emily

Emily found her passion for the beauty industry in high school! She was always the last to be ready because she loved prepping all of her friends’ hair and make-up. This inspired her to attend the Aveda Institute of Orlando to take something she had a true passion for, and turn it into her reality. Since graduating in 2018, Emily has been dedicated to continuing her education to ensure her clients will experience the newest trends and techniques. She specializes in lived-in color, blonding, balayage and textured haircuts. Her number one goal behind the chair is to protect the health and integrity of the hair while making sure each client leaves feeling like their best, most confident self. Outside of the salon, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and relaxing at the beach.

Gabby

Gabby has been in the beauty industry since 2015. She specializes in Blonding, Balayage, & Color Melts. Communication is key for her, so a thorough consultation is always talked through before an appointment will begin. Being on the same page with your hair goals are her first priority! Gabby was raised in Orlando, but was born in Pennsylvania. She has a love for 90s R&B, horoscopes, Diet Coke, & Italian food. She fell in love with this industry just by being a client herself. She knows how important it is to connect with her clients on a personal level, walking out with a gorgeous new look is only half the fun. You should feel amazing both on the inside & the out when you leave her chair!

Haley

Haley graduated from Tenaj Salon Institute 3 years ago and has since built a loving and loyal clientele. She is passionate about all things extensions and dimensional color. When she’s not creating hair magic, you can find her hanging out with her 2 fur babies or trying out a new restaurant.

Idenise

Idenise has spent the last 16 years as a stylist in Orlando, FL. She is obsessed with healthy hair and enhancing the look of each individual client! She is experienced in precision cutting, lived-in color, extensions and smoothing treatments. She loves combining her love for fashion and helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Jordan - Junior Stylist

Jordan has always had a love for hair & beauty. Since she was a little girl, she always wanted to be a hairstylist! Even when she moved to Orlando in 2014 to attend UCF (Go Knights Charge On!), her dream of becoming hairstylist never left her mind! She finally pursued it in 2022 and has been in love with it ever since. With a passion for anything blonding, from Babylighting to Lived-In looks, she wants to do it all! In Jordan’s free time she enjoys the beach or spending time with her husband & her Boston Terrier, Jameson.

Leah

Leah has been a hairstylist for almost 2 years, and trained for 2 years under some of the greatest in the industry! Her strive and passion for doing hair is expressed and shown through her work. She has a love for all things blonde, brunette and cutting. There’s nothing better than the joy she gets from seeing her clients when they finally get the hair of their dreams!

Mae

Megan grew up in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. As a hairstylist, she loves that she has the ability to connect with different people, make them feel valued, refreshed and beautiful from the inside out! Megan is passionate about brunette balayage, blonding, lived in color and is always ready to help you spice things up with something new! She values continuing education and mastering new trends. In her free time, she enjoys traveling for missionary opportunities, doing functional workouts and spending time with her sweet pup, Nelli.

Micahela

Michaela has been a hairstylist for over 5 years after graduating from Aveda! Creating beautiful hair has always been her biggest passion! Her favorite looks to create range from vibrant and bold color to low maintenance, lived in balayage, blunt bobs or a fresh install of your dream extensions! Creating your dream hair is her number one priority! Michaela will always make your heair health her top proirity, empower you with proper home care and advice you on professional styling techniques.

Rae

Although her name is Desiree, she goes by Rae (wich was childhood nickname for "ray of sunshine". Rae always has a big smile on her face and always try to find the light in any situation. Ensuring her clients feel confident when leaving is her top priority. She has always seen hair as a creative outlet and a way to connect with/ empower people of any gender. Rae has been in the beauty industry for 5 years and is obsessed with making hair dreams a reality! She specializes in blonding, lived in color and keeping your hair feeling as healthy as possible. If she’s not at work she is either at Disney or playing video games (my current game obsession is Hogwarts Legacy and Valorant)!

Sami

Sami Nicole is a passionate 22-year-old hairstylist who uplifts and inspires others through her craft. Specializing in textured hair with certifications in Rezo and Cado techniques, Sami aspires to innovate cutting, coloring and styling methods for curly hair. Her ultimate goal is to own a salon while collaborating with global brands. Committed to continuous learning, she values building lasting connections with clients, offering more than just a hair service, a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impact.

Savannah

Savannah is a bubbly, fun stylist! Her main goal is to transform your hair into your dream hair! Being a stylist for 2 years now, she has learned and grown from countless education hours, and from the talented stylists she sorounds herself with. The confidence she gives her clients after finishing their hair is something that Savannah takes so much pride in. Being a hairstylist allows her to use her artistic abillities and her passion for making others feel their best and to create meaningful, lasting connections.

Shelby

Shelby has only ever wanted to be a hairstylist since she was a child! She took cosmetology class all through high school and graduated cosmetology school in 2010. A Nashville native, she worked behind the chair as well as a product educator. She specializes in reds, coppers, and vintage glam styling. She moved to Orlando in 2022 and is so excited to be a part of the Orlando community as well as the Theory salon family! She can’t wait to meet you!

Star

Star has been in the beauty industry for over 3 years. She has a passion for people and loves to inspire them to reach their full beauty potential. Education is at her core. She has taken more hair education classes in 3 years than most hairstylists have in their entire career! She prides herself in providing and amazing salon experience every time. Star specializes in lived-in hair, blondes and balayage. Her goal is to empower you by making you look and feel beautiful!

Sophie

Sophia was born in San Francisco but has called Orlando home since she was 10 years old. After attending Aveda Institute, her foundation was solidified by general assisting, personally assisting and finishing the Theory apprentice program. She is passionate about ALL types of blonding and balayage and loves a challenge. In her free time she likes to hang out by the beach or pool, and loves all things relaxing.

Sydney

Sydney has been in the beauty industry for 2+ years, although she has been doing hair for as long as she can remember! She is very passionate about helping her clients find the best cut, color and style for their lifestyle, as well as educating clients on how to maintain the health of their hair in between appointments. Sydney loves to create a fun and relaxing experience for her clients at every visit, and her main goal is for every client to walk out feeling more confident and beautiful then when they walked in. Sydney was born and raised in Orlando and spent most of her time in the pool swimming competitively. In her free time, she loves to be with her husband and daughter and their two precious pups, Olive and Alfie.

Vanessa

Vanessa has spent the past five years perfecting her craft! She is continuously learning and staying up to date with the latest lived in color and blonding/balayage trends and techniques. She possesses an artist's eye; detailed until it's perfect. In addition to her love of hair, Vanessa is happily married and values the importance of family and relationships. She enjoys building relationships with her clients that go beyond just hair care. On her free time you will catch her at the beach or traveling with her family.

My goal for Theory Salon was to create a salon envirnoment where every single person who walks into our doors feels safe, cared for and listened to. That inlcudes all of our guests and team members. I love my salon team and the impact they are able to make on our community every day. Courtney - Salon Manager

Courtney specializes in communication, management and guest relations. She hopes to use these skills to encourage her team, the guests and even people she’s ever met before, to share their stories and lean into who they are. She believes that every person has a story, that their story matters and is worth sharing. Additionally, she is the Director of Community Engagement at Kindred UMC. Courtney is inspired daily by the people she gets to meet, connect with, and serve. In her free time, Courtney hosts an Enneagram podcast, goes to a boxing gym and is very invested in the Bachelor Franchise.
