Hi, I’m Erin Mills,

The proud owner of Theory Salons, with two locations in Orlando, Florida! As a wife to my husband Ryan of 14 years, and a mom to our two boys, Landon and Harrison, I’m driven by both my family and my passion for creating a space that uplifts and empowers others.

I started my journey as a hairstylist, fueled by a love for creativity and a deep desire to make people feel their best. From early on, I committed myself to mastering my craft, eventually earning recognition as a national educator, styling at New York Fashion Week, and seeing my work grace the cover of *Modern Salon* magazine. These accomplishments weren’t just milestones—they were stepping stones to something bigger!

In Septmeber 2019, I turned my dreams into reality by opening the doors to the first Theory Salon. My vision was to build more than a salon; I wanted to create a space where beauty professionals could not only grow in their craft but also thrive in an environment of encouragement and kindness. I sought to provide a platform where people could discover their potential and pursue their passion with confidence.

Then came the global pandemic—a time when businesses everywhere faced uncertainty. But despite the odds, we pressed forward, driven by the resilience and determination of our team. We adapted, innovated, and leaned into our community—a testament to the strength and commitment of everyone involved.

Two years later, I expanded Theory Salons to a second location. Today, our team has grown to over 50 talented individuals, and is growing more everyday. But that’s not even our greatest success. It’s seen in the relationships we build, the lives we touch and the sense of belonging we foster in every person who steps through our doors. Theory Salons has been recognized as the top salon group in Orlando, but more importantly, we’ve created a space where people feel truly valued.

Empowering others, especially women, is at the heart of everything I do. My mission with Theory Salons is not just about creating beautiful styles, but fostering growth, confidence, and success. I’ve built a community where kindness, collaboration, and support enable my team to thrive, and together, we’re redefining beauty by empowering people to feel confident and strong from the inside out.
